Our Programs

The Filipino Bayanihan Center provides culturally relevant programs and health services. It also helps community members access low to no-cost resources, and connects families to grassroots organizations and advocates. Through a community organizing framework, these programs also aim to provide the tools and resources for Filipinos to develop a common understanding to change the issues we face.

Community Based
Health Program

Led by community health students, workers, and practitioners of various disciplines, this program provides culturally humble health outreach and education. We focus on services and resources for undocumented Filipinos, youth, students, and LGBTQIA+ experiencing mental health issues, food, or financial insecurity.

The purpose of this project is to work alongside community members to understand the root causes of health disparities and address them collectively.
